The villa is 140 m² and has extensive outdoor terraces in natural stone and a paved area around the swimming pool. There are areas of both sun and shade on the terraces.
The ground floor has a large open-plan living room with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. A master bedroom apx 20m² with an adjacent bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. The living room and the kitchen both open on to the front terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc.
An extra room you can find next to the ground floor 9m² with a single (comfortable) sofa-bed and independent access which also opens on to the front terrace.
The 1st floor is accessible both from inside via an external staircase and outside via a separate entrance. Can be used for independent accommodation if required. This floor has the 2nd master bedroom apx 20m², a small kitchen, a small fridge and a toilet with a shower. The living room(11m²) next to the master bedroom, has one double sofa-bed, opens on to a large balcony with beautiful view over St. George’s beach and Naxos town.
Totally we have 2 master bedrooms apx.20m²(two large double beds), an extra room 9m² with a sofa-bed, into the living rooms (ground floor and 1st floor) three double sofa-beds.
The villa has sheltered outdoor barbeque and a shaded seating area near the swimming pool, with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
The villa is in a quiet location, on the outside edge of a small group of private villas which all set in their own grounds. You can easily reach Naxos town and several beautiful sandy beaches outside of town.
The area can be reach via a small unpaved road which has no traffic.
The village and the sandy beach of St. Prokopios
are about 1km distance.
This coast is sheltered from
the prevailing wind.
The area of St. Prokopios has several super markets
and a range of beach front taverns and coffee shops.
St. George’s beach has ideal windsurfing conditions, two windsurf schools also.
Naxos town, about 5 minutes diving distance has some excellent super markets and a group range of shops.
The villa has 3 air conditions (master bedrooms, living rooms),
satellite tv and washing machine which can be used by the guests.
Also has internet service (internet connection not pc).

A spacious new luxury villa
